I know you will be surprise to receive this mail considering the fact that we don’t

Following this development I decide to divert this fund as my personal retirement
benefit. Seeing this golden opportunity I sent this two junior officers back to
Liberia with note to His Excellence the Head of State Charles Taylor informing him
that I am waiting for the green light to show before purchasing these Arms.

After a due consultation with the relevant government authority and my research on
how to safeguard this fund. I deposited the fund with a private Security and Finance
Company as precious metals and family valuables with an insurance value of (US$25,
500. 00)

Also I applied for asylum which is presently receiving attention in the department
of Home affairs. I was issued with Asylum Seeker's Temporary Permit.

Above all I have discovered that South African Laws does not allow refugees /asylum
seekers any financial rights to operate any type of bank account. It is against this
background that made me to source for a foreign business partner who will come
forward
to lay claims as the beneficiary of this fund and provide his bank account details,
and help sign some necessary documents by person or proxy?
